Want to work three days a week but be paid for four?
Bret Johnson Orthodontics is seeking a full time Treatment Coordinator to join our growing office.
The primary role of the treatment coordinator is to provide exceptional service to new patients as well as their family members. This position manages patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis with the doctor himself, to treatment acceptance. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment.
Due to the nature of the position candidates must possess the following qualities/abilities:
- Discussion of treatment options, establish treatment schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients.
- Extremely personable, exceptionally social with a constantly positive and upbeat attitude
- The ability to multitask in a high paced environment
- Motivated, positive, team oriented, confident in ability to manage patients and interact with children and adults.
- Proficient in the use of computers/tablets, Microsoft office and other relevant technology.
- Proficient in typing and word processing.
- Previous experience as a treatment coordinator highly suggested, previous dental/orthodontic experience in general preferred
Our schedule is 3 days a week on a rotational basis, Monday-Friday (More details to be discussed at the interview). Benefits including health and dental insurance, PTO, and bonus eligibility are provided.

$20 - $25 per hour DOE
