Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm PST Ability to work in a remote setting with a quiet workspace and reliable internet access Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred Proficient with computers and able to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
