Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase;
Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience;
Close the deal and ensure customer satisfaction;
Transition customers to the Service department to support ownership experience;
Provide an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase to drive loyalty
