We're seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, cost control, and material procurement while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You'll work closely with design engineers, suppliers, and field crews to keep projects on track and solve challenges proactively. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong technical and organizational skills, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 DOE

What You'll Do

* Coordinate project activities from planning through closeout.

* Manage schedules, costs, and material logistics.

* Perform quality inspections and support field crews.

* Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.

* Communicate effectively with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or equivalent experience).

* 3+ years in project coordination or engineering.

* Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6/MS Project), cost tracking (Excel), and PM platforms (Procore or similar).

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $90,000.00/Yr.
