The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales teams, developing strategic sales plans, identifying potential clients, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will track sales metrics, analyze the market to identify growth opportunities, and ensure theDish team meets or exceeds sales targets. Collaboration with other departments, as well as providing mentorship and training to the sales team, will be key aspects of the role.

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Skills in Team Leadership, Training, and Motivation
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and technology
• Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Project Management expertise
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
