Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office.

Monitors product performance using quantitative analysis while providing actionable insights and enhancements to products and strategies.

• Utilize fundamental and quantitative analysis across numerous personal lines products.
• Communicate and present key metrics and recommended product strateges to leadership.
• Takes leadership role in special projects as assigned by leader. and may be responsible for providing business requirements to IT.
• Develops long and short‑term plans for their assigned productor strategy.
• Assist in the development of pricing and contract changes for product.
• Manages the analysis and research performed in the development of new products.
• Stays abreast of industry developments.
• Facilitates through other parts of the organization to accomplish results.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematical or statistical field preferred.

Four years experience in similar role or one year in Senior Product Analyst role.

• PC Skills, including Excel,Power
  
  BI, Power Point,Access, SAS, Word and basic programming for statistical purposes.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including ability to make effective presentations.
• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn advanced insurance pricing concepts and insurance terms and structure.
• Ability to manage workflows and set appropriate goals and milestones

Required job duties are normally performed in a climate- controlled office environment with occasional exposure to uncontrolled outside environmental conditions.
