The Role
As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for the receipt, evaluation, and pricing of donated items. You will lead, supervise, train, and assign duties to volunteers, ensuring a meaningful experience. This role reports to the Store Warehouse Manager.
Who You Are
- Strong communication skills and positive community representation.
- One year of customer service, warehouse, or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to lead, supervise, and train volunteers and groups.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and store procedures.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
