* Adept at sales approach and consulting with customers
* Be able to navigate technology with ease
* Be passionate about the Subaru brand and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path
* Previous dealership experience is a PLUS but not required
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Multi-Tasker and ability to work independently
* Professional in appearance and communications
* Strong attention to details and organizational skills
** Responsibilities:
** The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

* Qualifications:

*** Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
* Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
* Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
* Basic computer & cost calculation skills. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
* Prior dealership or quick lube experience
