The Business Administrator will serve as the backbone of our operations, ensuring financial, administrative, and human resource systems function with integrity, transparency, and excellence.
WorkingHours
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
- Oversee office workflows and vendor contracts to maintain a professional, orderly, and productive work environment.
- Lead internal personnel processes in accordance with Washington State labor laws, fostering a culture of mutual respect and accountability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, managing sensitive projects and high‑level communications with total discretion.
- Ensure all administrative actions and external interactions reflect the core values and foundational principles of our organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Quick Books and the Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Strategic mindset: ability to translate organizational goals into efficient, actionable administrative processes.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in business administration or office management, preferably within a values‑driven or non‑profit sector.
- Strong personal commitment to the organization’s mission and a desire to work in an environment that prioritizes traditional ethics and servant‑leadership.
- A flawless record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive data with high moral standards.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally to the Spokane community.
- Compliance‑first mindset, particularly regarding Washington State’s regulatory environment.
- Associate degree required.
- 1–4 years of relevant business administration experience.
