Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Pay: $25–$30 per hour (Based on Experience)

About the Role

Are you eager to help others in a fast-paced construction materials testing environment? STRATA is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Spokane team! In this full-time role, you’ll manage daily operations, support project timelines, and handle document control. Additionally, you'll coordinate logistics for site visits and handle compliance with safety and engineering standards. We're also excited to announce that our office will relocate to Post Falls, , in 2026, and we’d love for you to grow with us during this transition.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet clients and maintain a clean, professional reception area
  • Answer and direct phone calls; manage mail and shipping
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and events
  • Review and deliver Daily Field Reports (DFRs), concrete and density reports
  • Respond to emails and create correspondence
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Support HR functions: schedule interviews, onboard new hires, assist with announcements
  • Format and quality-check proposals, reports, and inspection forms
  • Post lab testing data and process vendor invoices
  • Assist with audits, insurance requests, and safety meetings
  • Maintain administrative systems and databases
  • Support business development with media documents
  • Coordinate with property manager for office repairs
  • Facilitate client scheduling and internal communications
What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Familiarity with office management systems (Ajera, Meta Field a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, self-start, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to work on-site (not hybrid or remote)
