As a Children’s Support Workers
, you’ll play a crucial role in providing safe, nurturing, and therapeutic care during some of the most critical moments in a young person’s life. Our support packages are designed to meet individual needs offering wraparound, 24/7 support with staffing ratios ranging from 2:1 up to 6:1, depending on each young person’s circumstances.

- Create a safe, stable, and supportive environment for children and young people in crisis.
- Children’s Support Workers Support with daily routines from meal preparation to maintaining a tidy home.
- Encourage engagement in education, hobbies, and community activities that promote growth and confidence.
- Supporting medical appointments and community activities.
- Using your own vehicle to transport young people when needed.
- Helping them move forward with confidence into their next chapter.

You’ll need:
- A flexible approach (
waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins when required) - A full UK driving licence
, access to your own vehicle, and business insurance
. - An enhanced
DBS (or Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS) and full Right to Work in the UK. - Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary
)
A relevant qualification (NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent) is desirable, but not essential.
