Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to provide dedicated support at an elementary school location in Spencer, MA. This travel-based role requires the psychologist to be onsite during school hours, working directly with students, staff, and families to promote academic, social, and emotional development.

Key responsibilities include conducting psychological evaluations, collaborating with educators on intervention strategies, participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and providing counseling and crisis intervention services. The psychologist will have a private office space within the school, allowing a professional environment to meet with students and consult with school staff.

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts School Psychologist License
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills
• Ability to maintain presence onsite from 7:40 AM to 2:35 PM, Monday through Friday
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations with confidentiality and care

This W-2 contract role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) options and insurance coverage.
