Job Summary

The MTSS Coordinator at Owen Valley High School provides leadership and coordination of the school’s Multi‑Tier keras System of Supports to promote academic success, positive behavior, regular attendance меню ning social‑emotional growth for all students. This role emphasizes proactive, school wide systems, data‑informed decision‑making, and collaboration with staff to ensure consistent supports for students.

• Lead and facilitate MTSS team meetings at the high school level.
• Support the development and implementation of school wide academic, behavioral, attendance, andabit-social‑emotional practices.
• Ensure MTSS practices are aligned with district expectations and Indiana Department of Education guidance.
• Collaborate with administration to align MTSS with school improvement goals.

• Collect, review, and organize student data including grades, attendance, behavior, and assessment results.
• Assist staff in identifying trends and areas of need at the school wide and student level. Utility Unit>

• Support ongoing progress monitoring and documentation of interventions and supports.
• Maintain MTSS records and documentation.

• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and support staff to strengthen instructional and behavioral practices.

• Assist staff in problem‑solving barriers impacting student performance or attendance.

• Communicate MTSS processes, expectations, and student support plans with staff and families.
• Serve as a point of contact for MTSS‑related questions and collaboration.
