Parts Runner
Monday - Friday 7 am - 5 pm
$17.75/hr

We're looking for a reliable Parts Runner to join a busy and fast-paced team. This role involves picking up and delivering parts and equipment, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supporting the warehouse and parts department. Ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, staying organized, and supporting a hardworking crew.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up parts and equipment as scheduled
• Check with Parts Manager before departing for any additional needs
• Assist Parts Counter personnel as needed
• Load and unload parts and equipment safely
• Operate a company-owned truck to complete deliveries
• Organize and secure parts for transport using proper tie-down procedures
• Verify orders for accuracy including items, quantity, and condition
• Keep warehouse and truck organized and clean
• Notify manager of any vehicle repairs or maintenance needed
• Receive, restock, and count inventory
• Enter parts and delivery data into internal systems
• Communicate with co-workers and managers regarding orders and tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience or knowledge of machine parts is a plus

Other Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required
• Clean driving record
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be dependable and team-oriented
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
