** Responsibilities:
*** Varying shifts in the ED, ICU, Resource, Med/Surg, Birth Center (post-partum) Behavioral Health Services, & Same Day Service Pre-Op and PACU.
* Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care in the various departments in the hospital.
* Assumes the responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period.
* Collaborates with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care.
* Must have knowledge of and utilize appropriate age-related patient protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of patients.
** Requirements:
*** Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg experience required or equivalent hospital experience
* Critical care experience preferred
* Must be willing to fill Resource Nurse role
* Active IA RN license
* Must have or willing to obtain upon hire: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, Hazmat, Mandatory Reporter, AMLS, and NRP (inhouse education available upon hire!)
* Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems

* Schedule:

*** Full Time benefit eligible
* 72 hours/pp
* 12 hour Day/Night rotation
* Weekend and holiday rotation per department requirements
* The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the hospital
