* Job Summary:

*** The Resource Nurse assumes responsibility for providing appropriate staffing and patient assignments
* The Resource Nurse provides direction of hospital operation in the absence of the Department Managers and Administrators on scheduled shifts
*
* Job Requirements:

*** IA RN license, BLS, and ACLS are required
* Minimum of 3 years RN inpatient experience required
* Critical Care experience preferred
* Leadership experience preferred
* Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems
*
* Job Schedule:

**
* ** PRN as needed
*** 12 hr day/night shifts
* Every other weekend or every third based on staffing
* Holiday rotation
* The schedule may fluctuate based upon needs of the department
