Registered Nurse (RN) – Emmetsburg Care Center

Legacy Healthcare LLC is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Emmetsburg Care Center, a rapidly growing skilled nursing facility. The position is available for both day and night shifts.

$34.00/hr – $37.50/hr (base pay). Shift differentials and other benefits apply.

• Day shift: 6 a.m. – 2 p.m. (full‑time/part‑time)

• Manage operations of assigned unit, ensuring residents receive high standard of care.
• Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on the unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Maintain established infection prevention practices.
• Ensure adequate staffing meets resident needs.

• Unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
• Passion for excellence and drive to lead.
