Join Flagship Therapy as a full‑time OTA in Spencer, IA. Our Iowa market is expanding therapy programming to include Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big and Loud, and wound care. As a therapy professional, you will create and implement programs to best meet the needs of patients in this facility, while gaining strong orientation, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active state license/registration where applicable.
• Candidacy welcomed at all levels of experience.
