About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are currently seeking a full-time Therapy Manager to oversee the program development and staff of an exciting new SAMHSA CMHC grant. This grant aims to create a non-traditional clinical model of care and to increase access to services.

This position will provide supervision and support to the outpatient therapists and work closely with other program staff to ensure grant goals, objectives, and work plans are met. They will also provide oversight and support to Seasons’ therapeutic camp, Camp Autumn!

Salary Range

$60,000-$75,000 per year (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level) PLUS a $5000 Sign-On Bonus Available

Requirements

• Must have an active Iowa license OR be eligible to acquire one (LMHC, LMSW, LISW or LMFT preferred)
• Must be eligible to provide clinical supervision
• Excellent leadership and communication skills are required
• Must have strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to children, families, and individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses
• Some travel is required for this position, so a valid driver’s license is required
