We are seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor/Therapist to provide psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients from children to adults.
Responsibilities- Offer individual, family, and marital therapy, including crisis intervention and emergency services.
- Participate in staff conferences, collaborate with therapy teams, and develop tailored therapy programs.
- Maintain detailed case records and provide patient and family education on adaptation and illness management.
- Maintain community resource links, provide consultative support to healthcare teams, and ensure documentation complies with standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and legal record-keeping; some travel may be required.
Master’s in Behavioral Science or related field; licensure as LMHC, tLMHC, LMSW, or LISW in Iowa.
Work is conducted in person.
