Major Responsibilities Include
- Requires attention to detail, good communication skills, teamwork
- Commitment to all Applebee's standards
- Need to have a combination of speed and stamina
- Ability to work under pressure and with others under pressure
- Ability to do some heavy lifting and work in hot conditions
- Ensure all food procedures are followed per Applebee's specifications
- Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
- Follow all State & Applebee's sanitation guidelines
- Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
