At D1, we don’t just train—we transform. We’re an athletic-based group training facility built for youth athletes (ages 7+) and adults. From the weight room to the turf, our promise is simple:

And our coaches are the catalysts behind that promise.

• Deliver high-energy, high-impact group training sessions
  , personal training, and team workouts
• Foster a positive, motivating, team-based culture for every athlete—rookies to adults
• Modify and adapt programming to suit individual needs and keep every athlete safe
• Build and maintain real relationships—
  our coaches don’t clock in, they show up
• Educate athletes on strength, speed, movement, nutrition
  , and recovery
• Be a role model:
  on time, all-in, and always leading by example

• CPR/AED/First Aid certified
• Holds one of the following NCCA-accredited certifications:
  • NASM-CPT or PES
  • NSCA-CPT or CSCS
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
• 1+ year of coaching experience in group, team, or private training
• Passionate, energetic, coachable, and hungry to grow
