Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pipe Welder to lead specialized prefabrication processes for field installation. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level skills in fitting, welding, and leadership.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of welders and fitters to ensure precise execution of specialty prints.
- Oversee the prefabrication processes ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage construction management tasks related to pipe fitting and welding.
- Ensure proper use of hand tools and grinding equipment for pipe fitting tasks.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Expertise in pipe welding and fitting.
- Experience with exotic metals such as carbon, stainless, and duplex.
- Strong leadership skills in managing and guiding a team of welders and fitters.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with PVC materials.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Work EnvironmentThe position is based in a prefabrication shop environment, focusing on specialized processes. The facility is air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable workspace.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Spartanburg, SC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 – $30.00/hr.
