The Role

We’re looking for a National Account Executive to help grow SBX by bringing in new client accounts and managing those relationships long term. This is a full time, onsite role for someone who enjoys building relationships from the ground up by finding opportunities, closing business, and then staying involved to make sure those accounts succeed. You’ll be the primary point of contact for national accounts, identifying opportunities to optimize logistics solutions and drive revenue growth.

This role is focused on new business development first, with continued account ownership after the sale.

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and close new national client accounts
  • Build and manage your own book of business from the ground up
  • Manage the full sales process from first contact through onboarding
  • Build and maintain long term client relationships after accounts are established
  • Work closely with operations to ensure strong service and execution
  • Track your pipeline, account activity, and growth opportunities
  • Travel to meet prospects and clients as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in sales, business development, or a similar client facing role
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and pipeline building
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Self motivated and able to manage your own pipeline and priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Logistics or transportation experience is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
