What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maximize Ground Protection market share in assigned territory
  • Perform and lead sales efforts while managing the local Profit Center
  • Ensure safe and superior customer experiences through application of company policies
  • Leverage cold-calling and closing skills to expand an existing portfolio
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Strong project management and new business development skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment
  • Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations
