Foothills Marketing is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Trainee. This is a full-time, entry-level position designed for candidates interested in developing communication, customer service, and sales skills through hands-on experience.

In this role, trainees work both in-office and at local retail locations, supporting promotional campaigns, engaging with customers, and assisting with sales and marketing initiatives.

• Promote client products and services in retail environments

• Communicate directly with customers to support brand awareness and engagement

• Assist with the sales process, including product presentation and customer interaction

• Collaborate with team members on marketing and branding initiatives

• Build professional relationships with clients, retail partners, and internal team members

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is helpful but not required

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and take initiative

• Reliable transportation to a Spartanburg-based office and local retail locations

• Ability to work in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment

• Guaranteed base salary plus performance-based incentives

• Estimated annual earnings range: $35,000–$65,000, based on base pay and performance

• Fully paid, hands-on training program
