As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding your assigned territory. This role is ideal for someone who’s self-motivated, strategic, and passionate about helping others.

• Grow the Business: Manage existing accounts while actively pursuing new referral sources and business opportunities.
• Build Strong Networks: Develop relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other key influencers to generate leads and referrals.
• Own Your Strategy: Spend approximately 65% of your time cold calling and 35% nurturing existing accounts. Adjust your approach based on results and market needs.
• Create Impactful Campaigns: Design and implement marketing strategies that drive client acquisition and promote brand awareness.
• Promote Our Mission: Represent Comfort Keepers at networking events and community presentations to showcase our services and values.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the care coordination team to track leads, referrals, conversions, and new client onboarding.
• Report on Progress: Share performance updates and metrics with the Director of Business Development regularly.
