We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious sales professional to join our team! Specializing in glass products and services, this role focuses on generating new business and building strong client relationships. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in sales and a passion for exceeding targets.
Compensation: $60,000 salary first 3 months while in training, then commission-based up to 10%. Great earning potential and room for growth.

Responsibilities- Identify and target potential customers through strategic market research
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to consistently exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and loyalty
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual value
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and grow the client base
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the glass or construction industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
