Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Be a Team Member:
    Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and supports flexible assignments as needed.
  • Be an Expert:
    Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; and understands product and layout execution.
  • Be a Techie:
    Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering, receiving club pick-up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
  • Be an Owner:
    Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging member needs and assisting with purchasing decisions; handles payment types; locates merchandise; and resolves member issues.
  • Be an Talent Ambassador:
    Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences, and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; identifies and helps address roadblocks and assists in training.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
  • Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; and adapts to change and feedback.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications:

    Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Food Service;
    Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) – Certification.

Additional information

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
