We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Ensuring club pickup orders are filled, notifying members when pickup times are delayed, and offering alternative product options when needed
• Ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies; assisting with transporting items and loading vehicles
• Processing member purchases according to company policies and procedures and utilizing cash registers
• Locating and organizing merchandise; zoning designated areas; maintaining parking lot cleanliness
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
