Job Description

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. As a Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser, you will fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. You will be an ambassador for world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and many others.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on personal device.
• Capability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical demands—repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Spartanburg, SC.
• Schedule availability:
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday and one weekend day.

• Hourly compensation ranging from $14.00 to $16.00 based on experience.
