Target is seeking an Overnight Inbound (Stocking) team member responsible for stocking, inventory, and related processes to support a positive guest experience.

• You enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and fellow team members.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, physically demanding role where teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving are key.
• You are open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner; comply with safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive Up while maintaining compliance with laws.
• Greet guests and engage helpfully to solve needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Remain focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Ability to handle cash operations as needed
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance required
• Exposure to varying temperatures and elements while performing duties
• Mobility required for the duration of scheduled shifts
