• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for customers.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, take actions to meet McDonald’s standards, and ensure safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift.
• Meet shift targets and help assigned Departments achieve their goals.
• Responsible for Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, and Training.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
