Overview
A long established, family owned, dynamic caterer based in Spartanburg has an opening for a kitchen prep cook. This is a seasonal position, 10-30 hours weekly September through January, with potential for full-time year-round for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients and set up the kitchen for daily production.
- Assist in food preparation and staging according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain clean, sanitized work stations and equipment.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed during peak service.
- Energy, endurance, and a positive attitude.
- Some commercial kitchen experience.
- Ability to work 10-30 hours per week September–January; potential for more hours for the right candidate.
