Property Manager

My Niche Apartments is a real estate development and property management firm located in Charlotte, NC. As the multifamily division of Lat Purser & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate firm founded in 1961, My Niche specializes in developing and acquiring class-A multifamily communities across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Spartanburg for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, managing budgets, and maintaining the highest standards of property appearance and performance.

• Strong tenant relations and lease administration skills
• SC Property manager licence required
• Experience with maintenance coordination and property operations
• Financial reporting and budget management skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in property management software and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in property management is a plus
