Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in Spartanburg, SC, is seeking to hire a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join our team of providers. The CRNAs and CAAs are credentialed to work at Spartanburg Medical Center - Church Street (SMC Level 1 Trauma), Spartanburg Medical Center - Mary Black campus (MB), Cherokee Medical Center (CMC), and Pelham Medical Center (PMC).
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited CRNA program or anesthesiologist assistant educational program.
- An anesthesia care team comprising 33 anesthesiologists and 90 CRNAs covering OR, Endo, Cath Lab, L&D, MRI, and IR.
- Diverse case mix across all campuses, from 22 state-of-the-art ORs at Level 1 trauma centers to 4 OR community hospitals.
- No transplant, burns, and limited pediatric cases.
- Approximately 17,500 cases annually at SMC Trauma Center.
- Work shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts.
- Participation in an optional call team, supporting excellent work/life balance.
- 4-6 weeks of mentorship and orientation.
- Benefits include a $50,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a $3,500 CME allowance.
- Use of EPIC EMR system.
- Health insurance coverage begins from the date of hire.
- Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage.
- PSLF approved institution.
