SUMMARY
This part‑time RN position is responsible for delivering person‑centered care based on the needs and interests of residents and preserving their dignity and quality of life. The RN will provide hands‑on resident care, administer medications and treatments, maintain accurate verbal and written reports, and respond rapidly to any emergency situations. Essential Functions- Perform professional and restorative nursing services including resident assessments, recording vital signs, and administering medications and treatments.
- Keep timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring quality care is provided.
- Interact with the resident’s physician, pharmacist, and medical personnel as needed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in the Resident Care Plan (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility).
- Participate in and attend all required in‑service training and education sessions as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- This position is very active and requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing.
- This position will be required to lift or carry up to 50 lbs and push up to 250 lbs independently.
- Use proper body mechanics to assist residents in daily living.
- This position regularly requires long hours and frequent night and weekend work.
No travel is expected; occasional travel may be required for training sessions, continuing education opportunities, emergency situations, and other company functions.
Education and Experience Requirements- College or university degree desired.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
- Two years’ experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards.
- Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment.
- Ability to understand and follow directions as given.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
