About

The Role

Foothills Marketing is seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in face-to-face marketing and sales. This is a full-time, entry-level position offering paid, hands-on training in brand promotion, customer engagement, and professional development.

As a Marketing Representative, you will work directly with customers and client brands in retail environments to increase brand awareness and support promotional initiatives. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers in a face-to-face retail environment
  • Promote brand awareness for client products and services
  • Support advertising and promotional campaigns at assigned locations
  • Assist with the sales process as needed
  • Learn and adapt to new product launches and direct marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement and results
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional education or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus, but not required
  • Customer service, retail, or marketing experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Coachable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working in a people-facing, fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base pay plus performance-based bonuses and incentives
  • Typical annual earnings range: $35,000-$65,000, based on performance
  • Fully paid training (no prior experience required)

Schedule
  • Full-time schedule
  • Daytime and weekend availability may be required based on retail partner hours
