Job Title: Electronics Assembler
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
AboutThe Role
Join Anderson Instruments as an Electronics Assembler
! You’ll assemble small electronic and electro-mechanical components, following detailed instructions to produce high-quality products. Steady hands, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are key. Soldering or precision wiring experience is a plus but not required — we provide on-the-job training.
- Assemble components to create finished products according to specifications
- Calibrate and test components for proper function
- Complete reporting, checklists, and data entry accurately
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for parts used
- Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards)
- Collaborate with team members to maintain quality and support continuous improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Soldering, precision wiring, or mechanical/technical experience is a plus

Pay Range The salary range for this position (in local currency) is $20.00 – $26.30 /hr
