Production Manager - Plastics - Base Salary to 80k/year - Spartanburg, SC
- Our client is seeking a Production Manager with co-extrusion blown film experience to lead our operations. The goal is to get their new machine up and running and shift from 24/5 to 24/7 operations in 6 to 12 months.
- Operate and maintain blown film extrusion lines
- Train and mentor current operators
- Collaborate with other departments
- Co-extrusion blown film experience
- Strong leadership skills and a desire to move into management
- Base salary in the 70k - 80k/year range
- Full benefits
- $80,000 per year
