Key Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day field operations, ensuring a safe, productive, and high-quality jobsite.
• Lead subcontractor coordination, site logistics, scheduling, and project sequencing.
• Build strong relationships with trade partners, owners, architects, and inspectors.
• Identify field challenges early, collaborate with the project team, and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain all site documentation including daily reports, inspections, and quality logs.
• Serve as the face of the project onsite while upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial projects.
• Background in Higher Ed, Healthcare, or major Commercial projects strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex builds with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first leadership style.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and mentoring younger field staff.
