We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who isn't too proud to manage projects and who will mentor teams to exceptional results. If you are an influencer in the Upstate Commercial Construction market, meet your new team!
What You’ll Lead- Multiple complex projects and high-performing teams
- Client relationships that strengthen our market presence
- Budget, schedule, and construction plan execution
- Pursuit interviews, pricing efforts, and strategic decision-making
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Strength in managing people and projects simultaneously
- A polished presence in interviews, presentations, and client interactions
- Manage Projects
- Build trust with teammates, clients, and subcontractors
- Mentor and develop direct reports
- Model strong time management and work/life balance
- Think 2–3 years ahead to help teams anticipate challenges
- Budget creation & cost projections
- Advanced Procore skills & proficiency in Viewpoint & Bluebeam
- Closeout within 90 days with zero Day‑2 items
Bachelor’s degree in a construction‑related field or 8–10+ years of commercial construction work in the Greenville-Spartanburg area.
