$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager for a well respected company in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full time, permanent, direct hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of expereince and strong MS office skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team
• Oversee development of the specific operations department and specifications for products
• Provide cost effective solutions for the department
• Resolve conflicts and discrepancies
• Ensure accurate timelines
• Maintain accurate records for the department

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in operations
• Strong experience with MS Office Suites (including Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong management skills and ability to lead a team

Hours:

• Monday
  -Friday (8am to 5pm)
• $65,000 - $80,000
