Sr. Director of Loss Mitigation Innovation and Operations

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Director of Servicing Innovation and Operations to lead the operational management and transformation of loss mitigation and recovery strategies s role is responsible for driving innovation through re-envisioning loss mitigation business outcome, technology and AI solutions, process enhancements, and advanced training programs to optimize performance while ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.

• Responsibility of a loss mitigation and recoveries staff to mitigate losses and maximize recoveries for ACA.
• Manage the communications with internal management and external clients.
• Evaluate and make recommendations related to organizational structure, talent assessment, staff reductions/expansions, process flows and technology needs.
• Managing and performing updates to the loss mitigation and recoveries systems and other department technology as required.
• Oversee budgetary responsibilities and drive process improvement initiatives for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and resolve operational challenges within loss mitigation functions.
• Guiding the generation of loss mitigation, recoveries, and production reports for the Servicing Department.
• Make employment decisions, set performance standards, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• 10+ years of experience in auto loan or financial servicing.
• 5+ years of experience in collections or recoveries.
• 5+ years of experience with people management and leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree in a field related to industry or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows (Word and Excel).
• Ability to use logic and reasoning skills.
• Ability to exhibit leadership qualities.
• Have understanding of budget preparation.
• Previous Audit and Compliance experience.
• MSP/CMS technical knowledge preferred.

This position will have supervisory responsibility for a team of leaders, including managers and directors within the Loss Mitigation organization.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.

This position will require up to 10% travel.
