Overview
Mission:
Be the connective tissue of the maintenance organization—translating requests into action, ensuring the right parts are on hand, and documenting the work that keeps our equipment reliable.
Morning:
You prioritize new service requests and create precise work orders. Midday:
You verify stock levels, run cycle counts, and trigger purchase orders for low or missing items. Afternoon:
You reconcile IFS timecards, handle incoming road maintenance calls, then close tasks and publish a monthly report for stakeholders.
- Create and maintain work orders in the computerized maintenance system.
- Maintain parts availability: inventory checks, cycle counts, and reorder as needed.
- Administer Maintenance department timekeeping in IFS.
- Coordinate all road maintenance calls.
- Complete job closeouts and deliver monthly reporting to appropriate departments.
- Support other maintenance tasks as assigned.
Consistently follow safety protocols and quality processes to protect people and ensure high-quality results.
What You Need- High School Diploma or GED.
- Less than 1 year of related experience.
- Hands-on capabilities in heavy equipment repair, mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance and repair, and machine safety inspections.
Build foundational experience across work order management, inventory control, and reliability practices—skills you can grow into advanced maintenance or planning paths.
