What We’re Looking For

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience:
  
  At least 1yr of relevant experience or training.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Must be able to frequently walk the property, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs. (occasionally more).
• Safety First:
  Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions and with basic tools and equipment.

Your Role

As Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the welcoming, polished atmosphere our residents love.

Responsibilities include:

• Curb Appeal:
  Maintain grounds, amenities, and public spaces to the highest standards.
• Resident Support:
  Deliver exceptional service by responding quickly and professionally to resident needs.
• Maintenance Support:
  Assist in preparing vacant apartments and completing basic maintenance tasks.
• Equipment & Inventory:
  Manage tools and supplies with care and accuracy.
• Cleanliness & Safety:
  Ensure tools, work areas, and common spaces are clean, organized, and safe.
• Compliance:
  Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines to ensure safety and fairness for all.
