Job Summary An AV-rated law firm seeks an attorney in the Greenville office with 3
-5 or more years of experience in litigation (can have worked for insurance defense companies or commercial companies). The attorney will work on business and construction defect litigation but is open to candidates with a defense litigation background. Great opportunity for someone in insurance defense looking to get into commercial litigation. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina.

• Manage a caseload involving business litigation and construction defect litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients at hearings, trials, and mediations to ensure their best possible outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills

• Strong background in business and construction law
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload and prioritize tasks
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong oral advocacy skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in defense litigation
• Strong understanding of construction law principles
• Experience in representing clients in hearings, trials, and mediation
