Gr8ttek is looking for a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, the Field Specialist will perform a variety of hardware‑focused break‑fix services and solutions on various client products. Candidates must be able to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities. The position may require moderately complex analytical skills and decision making based on established department and company guidelines.

Certification training is available for Dell/Lenovo equipment.

• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Accepting and delivering all assigned service calls
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Controlling and returning assets and inventory
• Providing customer break‑fix support for designated equipment
• Possessing excellent customer service skills
• Offering functional guidance to colleagues as needed
• Performing other duties assigned to meet business needs

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1‑2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to drive to client locations
• Capability to lift or move computer equipment up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
• Must own a basic repair toolkit
• Additional requirements may apply if employment is extended
