Responsibilities
Support all phases of utility construction for various underground telecom projects. You believe in doing the job right, being the best, and embracing challenges. Your tasks include:

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans and designs
• Drive projects through all construction phases, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
• Update systems with daily productivity data
• Perform quality assurance with attention to detail
• Conduct job site walkouts and facilitate project meetings
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
• Maintain communication with customers, crew, and Area Manager

Qualifications

About You:

• Safety-conscious in daily activities
• Field experience in Telecom and Construction
• Ability to read blueprints, understand industry terminology, and identify equipment placement (fiber, coax)
• Proficient with Adobe, Microsoft Office (Excel), and capable of learning custom software
• Track record of high-quality work completion
• Problem-solving skills and hands-on approach
• Seeking long-term projects
• Enjoys varied work environments (indoor and outdoor)
• Willing to travel approximately 30% to local sites
• Valid Driver's License

Relevant MOS Codes: 12166, 62E1G, 12A, 12N, 12T.

• Salary: $60,000 to $70,000/year based on experience
