We are a growing organization transitioning from construction into a state-of-the-art commercial data center. Safety, compliance, and sustainability are at the core of our operations. We are seeking an Environmental Service Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workplace.

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with environmental standards.
• Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and site-specific safety regulations.
• Operate cleaning equipment and maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist with environmental audits and reporting.
• Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) communication support when needed.

• Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or environmental services preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards (OSHA, EPA).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Must have a valid OSHA-10 certification
